E-Square, LLC offers a wide variety of communications tools designed by Masons for Masons. From developing a complete web presence to public affairs planning and specifically-tailored merchandise, E-Square, LLC can cater to all of your organizations communications and merchandising needs.
The programming and design team is led and managed by Sviatoslav “Svet” Voloshin who offers 10 years of web-design and graphics design consulting experience. Partners Akram R. Elias & Garrison Courtney are noted experts in media relations, public policy and communications techniques.
Akram R. Elias
Akram R. Elias, 33°, is a world speaker on the topic of “Freemasonry and the Great Experiment.” He is the winner of three Telly Awards and has been featured in a number of televised documentaries. Mr. Elias offers years of professional and Masonic experience. He developed a unique interpretation of Masonic Symbolism in the architecture of Washington, DC. Mr. Elias currently serves as the elected Deputy Grand Master of the Grand Lodge, F.A.A.M., of the District of Columbia.
His Masonic career includes a position of the Past Wise Master of the Evangelist Chapter of Knights Rose Croix in the Scottish Rite Valley of Washington, DC. He is recipient of the Valentine Reintzel Medal for outstanding service to Freemasonry awarded by the Grand Lodge of the District of Columbia. In addition, Brother Elias is a member of the various York Bodies of Freemasonry (including the Royal Arch, Cryptic Council, Knights Templar and College of Rites), the Ancient Arabic Order of the Noble Mystic Shrine, and The Royal Order of Scotland.

Sviatoslav V. Voloshin
Sviatoslav V. Voloshin, 32°, has been unveiling the hidden clues of Washington’s masonic symbolism for the past couple of years. His particular style of presentation is a result of the intermingling of European and American cultures. He epitomizes the spirit of Masonry in the New World and is a true example of a passionate young Mason of the 21st Century.
Mr. Voloshin currently serves as the youngest member of the Grand Lodge, F.A.A.M., of the District of Columbia in a position of the Grand Photographer. He belongs to two lodges in Washington: Federal Lodge #1, where he is a Chaplain for the second year, and to Benjamin B. French #15. He is fluent in Russian, English, German and Spanish and is currently working on his Polish.
Garrison Courtney
Garrison Courtney is a 32nd Degree Mason who was raised to the Sublime Degree of a Master Mason in 2000. He is a member of the Singleton Royal Arch Chapter No. 4 (Washington DC), the Missoula Chapter No. 13 (Missoula, MT), and William R. Singleton Hope Lebanon Lodge #7 (Washington, D.C.) Chapters, and is a member of Kena Shrine in Virginia. Garrison is currently assisting the Grand Lodge of Free And Accepted Masons of Washington DC in designing a new communications and public outreach strategy.
Professionally, Garrison worked as a television news anchor with several CBS stations in the Pacific Northwest, and has worked professionally as a senior communications manager for several U.S. Government agencies and a member of Congress at the national level.
Garrison is currently pursuing an MPP in Public Policy at George Mason University in Virginia and holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Montana (2000).
